WHY?... WHY DO YOU RIDE?
March 25 2010
“WHY” isn’t a question-it’s a statement. “WHY” showcases the soul of the sport through a handful of the best riders in the world. It’s an MX film juxtaposing the riders’ talent on the bike with their personalities. Travel to Belgium with Antonio Cairloi to his private sand track and then dominate the European GP series. Experience Ronnie Renners epic Mexico journey to find a new freeride location, watch Andrew Short and Ryan Morias crush a private So Cal SX track then travel to Broc Heplers MX training facility, trek back to Switzerland with Mat Rebeau and find out how he’s able to push the level of FMX while training all by himself. See how paralyzed Ricky James doesn’t think twice about not riding while he tears apart a MX track and FMX ramp, and much more
“WHY” is why we ride. GET YOUR COPY AT: MotoXcinema.com
Here is an actual segment from the movie “WHY” with Ronnie Renner and Todd Potter as they travel deep into Mexico in search of new Freeride locations, check it out…
ROADSIDE FUN
March 16 2010
A couple of weeks ago I hopped in the van with my buddies Keith Sayers and Heath Frisby for a road trip to Phoenix Arizona. The road trip was for a stop of the Gravity Slashers FMX tour. The show went really good, and everyone rode well. On our little road trip we drove past the secret yet famous Free Riding spot, Cameron AZ. We had many miles to drive ahead of us, so we were only going to stop and ride for about an hour. That hour turned into about two and a half hours, and I didn’t want to leave. We didn’t do too much exploring, mainly because we found and made a couple jumps right where we parked and were limited on time. As Frisby and I rode, Keith snuck into my camera bag and started filming us while we were rolling around looking for fun hills to launch on our dirt bikes. Stopping to freeride a motorcycle on the side of the road during a long road trip is always the best way to stretch your legs!! -Steve Haughelstine
